📦 Order Processing Time

Procurement and Packaging: After order confirmation, we typically require 1-3 business days for procurement, inspection, and reinforced packaging. (Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays).

Order cutoff time: The daily order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Vancouver time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Out of Stock Notification: If Costco is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately via Email or WhatsApp. You can choose to wait for restocking, exchange for a product of equal value, or receive a full refund.

🔍Order Tracking
After your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number . You can check the latest status of your package at any time by logging into the courier company's website.

Health supplements (especially fish oil and soft capsules) are quite sensitive to temperature and transportation conditions. To ensure the products arrive intact:
- We wrap each bottle of product with thickened shockproof bubble wrap .
- Use sturdy shipping boxes to prevent crushing during long-distance transport.
- We check that the seal of each product is intact before packaging it.

Address change: Please contact customer service within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the package is delivered to the logistics company, we will not be able to change the address or intercept the package.

Delivery Failure: If the package is returned to Canada due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to be contacted multiple times, the customer shall bear the international shipping costs for resending.
Product Damage Handling
Despite our best efforts to protect it, accidents can occasionally occur during long-distance transportation. If you find the product damaged upon receiving the package (such as a broken glass bottle or severe leakage):
Please send photos of the damaged product and the outer box to our WhatsApp or email address within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a free replacement or refund as soon as possible, so you can shop with peace of mind.
